You will support TELXAR solutions to clients seeking to benefit from emerging technologies. Ongoing training will provide you with valuable insight into our cutting edge products and enable you to leverage these new technologies in the digital age.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of (2) years experience in a support-based environment. You must be highly motivated by the opportunity for new technologies, financial and career growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft products as well as Networking Standards.

 Successful Candidate:  

  • Must have at least 2 years of highly technical experience in a support-based environment
  • Must possess self-starter characteristics, very organized and self disciplined
  • Experience must include detailed knowledge of Microsoft, and Networking Standards
  • Understanding of technical support concepts in a business environment
  • Certifications needed to satisfy minimum position requirements MCP XP Track
  • Must be detail oriented and self starter
  • Must pass a pre-employment technical skills exam
  • Must pass a security and pre-employment screening evaluation
  • Valid drivers license is needed for this position
  • Must be professional and have the ability to effectively communicate the benefits and solutions to our clients
